At Beeline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Beeline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
